Having walked through seasons of burnout, disconnection, and feeling stuck, I bring both lived experience and evidence-based tools into this work.The core insight:

My Story → +

I grew up an athlete with a deep love for health and human development. That led me to become a personal trainer and nutritionist (studying kinesiology and holistic nutrition), where I spent years helping people rebuild their bodies.

But I kept noticing the real barriers weren't just physical—they were mental, emotional, and relational.

Driven to bridge that gap, I pursued a B.S. in Psychology and a M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, finding a calling as a therapist. Along the way, I became a content creator and built my own business. Learning firsthand what it's like to navigate the uncertainty, isolation, and friction that come with building something meaningful and being a "multidimensional misfit."

My greatest asset is this proximity to life's challenges.
Having faced and overcome my own complex physical and mental health challenges, I bring over 15 years of embodied and evidence-based insight to our work. I don't just know the theory—I've lived the practice.

My "Why" | My mission is motivated by three things:

  • The lack of accessibility to world-class tools and resources for holistic health and human development.

Coaching is a collaborative partnership focused on bridging the gap between where you are and where you want to be. What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?+

Think of your mind like a garden. Therapy is often like "weeding"—focused on healing, processing the past, and tending to emotional wounds to make room for new growth. How long is the commitment?+

Most clients work with me for 3–6 months. We typically meet weekly or biweekly, depending on your goals and schedule.

I do not accept insurance at this moment. All my work is self-pay, but I do offer a limited number of sliding scale spots and affordable counseling options for those in need or who qualify.
